Privacy Policy

Simple Software LLC (“we,” “us”) operates GymRep (mygymrep.com). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

Gyms: Name, email, company name, phone, shipping address, studio type, member count, and order history.

Brands: Company name, contact info, business address, logo, product catalog data, and payout information (via Stripe).

All users: Account credentials (email, hashed password), usage data (page views, feature usage), and device/browser information via analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the platform: facilitating orders between Gyms and Brands, processing payments, sending transactional emails (order confirmations, lead alerts), and improving the platform experience. We also use aggregated, anonymized data for platform analytics.

3. Data Sharing

When a Gym places an order, the Gym's name, shipping address, and studio type are shared with the Brand for fulfillment. We do not share Gym email addresses or phone numbers with Brands. All communication between Gyms and Brands is routed through GymRep's on-platform messaging.

We do not sell data to third parties or share data with advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate GymRep:

• Supabase — Database and authentication (US-hosted)
• Stripe — Payment processing and payouts
• Vercel — Hosting and analytics
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Infrastructure is US-hosted. We do not store credit card information — all payment data is handled by Stripe.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page performance and usage. These are privacy-friendly, first-party analytics tools that do not use cookies for tracking. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing team@mygymrep.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA.

8. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

9. Children

GymRep is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
